WAIS 5 Field Research Opportunity
What is the WAIS 5?
The Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale is the most widely used measure of cognitive ability in adolescents and adults ages 16 years and older. The WAIS consists of 10 core subtests that can be used to produce a full-scale IQ Score that comprises four domains: Verbal Comprehension Index, Perceptual Reasoning Index, Working Memory Index, and Processing Speed Index. The WAIS 5 will be updated to reflect more relevant US based norms.

- School Psychologists
- Clinical Psychologists
- Educational Diagnosticians
- Speech-Language Pathologists
Data Collection: Spring 2016 through 2019
Administration Time: 120 minutes
Test Type: Paper and digital (Q-interactive on iPads)
