TalentLens Assessment Ordering
Please note talent assessment (TalentLens) products can only be sold to businesses/organizations. We do not sell to individuals outside of the talent recruitment industry and/or with a non-business addresses.
For TalentLens products, the instructions for ordering depends on whether you are purchasing paper or online talent assessment products.
If you are only purchasing one or the other, please refer to the relevant section below for your registration/ ordering process. If you are purchasing both printed and online TalentLens assessments, you will need to complete each of the two website account registration processes to obtain and administer our tests.
Printed Assessment Products
TalentLens printed assessment products are purchased on PearsonClinical.com. Orders can be made on our website or manually (phone or email) by following instructions on the pages linked below. No additional TalentLens online platform registration is required.
Online Assessment Platform Users:
If purchasing online TalentLens assessment products (exams that will only be administered online) there is a separate login registration and qualifications process.
First, complete the TalentLens online registration. After the account is registered, you will receive an email.
Open the email and click on the link to confirm your TalentLens account. The link will open a browser window requesting additional information as part of your registration including personal information, professional testing experience, and additional questions.
Enter your qualifications information. This information is what is utilized for your TalentLens online platform qualifications which are evaluated as part of this registration process.
After completing these additional sections and clicking the finish registration button, another email will be auto-generated notifying you that your account will be evaluated in the next 24-48 hours.
Upon approval you will be emailed a login to purchase and administer online TalentLens products. If you are not approved you will receive an email stating reasons why. For questions please contact TalentLens Customer Support 888.298.6227.
